Archeologists have found two more levels of ruins underground. Apparently when a new ruler would take over, he would usually destroy buildings & stellas and build his own on top of the former rulers. The last ruler did not destroy the buildings, but just built on top of them. Hence, tunnels underneath the ruins to see past ruins.
