Not necessarily a good boat recipe, but divine enough to include for special occasions. We have this at all holidays and it is wonderful. It's my favorite dessert.
Ingredients:
Mix together flour, butter & pecans. Spread like a pie crust in buttered pan.
Mix together cream cheese, cool whip & powdered sugar. Spread 1/2 of mixture on top of crust.
Make puddings per instructions on package. Spread chocolate pudding next, then vanilla pudding. Spread remainder of the cream cheese mixture.
