I'm not a very good baker, but this is the best cake & even I can make it.
Pre-heat oven to 325°. Spray bunt pan with cooking spray.
In a medium sized bowl blend flour, baking soda and salt. In a large bowl, beat eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla. Mix well, then add flour mixture to the egg mixture and blend. Add apples, coconut and walnuts.
Pour batter into your greased bunt pan. Bake 1 hour, 40 minutes. Remove from pan, cool & serve.
