Ingredients:
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
6 slices hearty bread, such as sourdough - cut into 1" pieces
Combine mayo & Parmesan cheese in a small bowl. Mix well. When ready to use, spread evenly over the bread slices. Toast until lightly brown and crisp around the edges.
