Vanilla Wafer Bites

Ingredients:

• 1 box vanilla wafers
• 1 can Ready whip or Cool Whip
• Your choice of fruit sliced into small pieces:  mango, pineapple, papaya ...

Top vanilla wafer with a dab of whipped topping.  Place piece of fruit on top.  How easy is that and everyone loves them!

  Great for pot luck, happy hour recipe.  Easy to do in the galley.
