Guacamole

Peel and pit the avocados.  Place in a bowl and mash.  Fold in remaining ingredients and season with salt.  Refrigerate until ready to serve. 

Makes about 2 cups.

*Some disagree that garlic is not authentic in guacamole, but I like it.
